Privacy note

Last updated: July 29, 2026

This is a plain-language summary of how Xeniva handles your data. It isn't a substitute for legal advice, but it's an honest account of what happens to what you paste or upload.

What we collect

The resume and job description text you paste or upload, used only to generate your match score and gap breakdown. Your email address, if you choose to give it: optional at the free scan step, required only when you complete a paid purchase so we can track your remaining rewrite credits.

How we use it

Your resume and job description text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API solely to produce your match score, keyword gaps, and (if you purchase a rewrite) improved bullet text. Your email and purchase record are used only to track remaining credits and, unless you tell us otherwise, to contact you about future updates to this tool. We do not run automated marketing sequences. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details.

What we don't do

We do not use your resume or job description content to train or fine-tune any AI model. We do not sell your data. We do not share your resume with anyone beyond the processors needed to run the service: Anthropic (analysis) and Razorpay (payment). Rewritten bullets are only ever a rephrasing of what you actually wrote — we don't invent employers, titles, metrics, or achievements you didn't provide.

How long we keep it

We don't log or store the full text of your resume or job description beyond what's operationally necessary to generate your result. Purchase records (email, credits remaining) are kept so you can use credits you've paid for.

Your choices

You can use the free scan without giving us any personal information at all — no signup required.
